Chat Williams, MS, CSCS*D, CSPS, NSCA-CPT*D,
Previously sat on the National Strength and Conditioning Association Board of Directors and is the past NSCA State Director Committee Chair, Midwest Regional Coordinator and State Director of Oklahoma (2004 State Director of the Year). He was named NSCA Personal Trainer of the Year in 2013 and was in inducted into the Emporia State Hall of Fame. He also served on the NSCA Personal Trainer SIG Executive Council. He is the author of multiple training DVD’s including Training and Program Design with the BOSU Balance Trainer, Weekend Warrior: Training the Recreational Athlete, and co author of 3-D Legs. His company Oklahoma Strength and Conditioning Productions offers personal training services, sports performance for youth, metabolic testing, and educational conferences and seminars for strength and conditioning professionals.

Garrison Niemiec is a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach that specializes in optimizing human performance and movement. He has trained athletes from elementary to the collegiate level and one NFL athlete. He trains with passion and purpose to meet the goals of his clients.
He grew up in Arvada, Colorado where he played football, hockey, and sprinted in track. He graduated in 2014 with a BS in Health and Exercise Science from the University of Oklahoma. He is currently pursing his MS in Exercise Physiology at the University of Central Oklahoma.
Garrison has interned and worked at Youth Performance since 2014. He has lead and designed the youth speed and agility classes. He helped program the power and plyometric workouts for the summer Norman High volleyball workouts. He believes that to make any athlete better, the key is to improve sprinting mechanics, increase speed and agility, and make the athlete more explosive.
Garrison is also a personal trainer and group fitness coach at Performance Fitness and the Health Club where he has worked with anyone from the age of 18 to 83. He has worked with business executives to busy mothers, based on their individual needs. His workouts and diet plans are centered around each client’s specific goals whether it be to lose weight, tone up, increase strength and muscle size, decrease pain and move better, recover from an injury or improve athleticism. He regularly provides communication and support throughout the week for each client.
Garrison has received multiple prestigious certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the US Olympic Weightlifting Association. He is highly sought after by athletes looking to become faster and more powerful.
He also provides weekly and monthly training programs for those whom cannot afford or do not feel the need to have regularly personal training sessions.

Chad Mathis, BS
Chad Mathis is a Personal Trainer from Watonga, Oklahoma. Prior to graduating there in 2011, he played football and participated in the K101 Bowl. He also ran Indoor/Outdoor Track in which he was a 4x State Qualifier and 2x State Champion Sprinter in 2010 and 2011 and went on to be a NAIA National Qualifier for Southern Nazarene University.
In 2015, Chad graduated and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Southwestern Oklahoma State where he also played football. During his time at SWOSU he interned at Youth Performance from January, 2015 – May, 2015.
Since interning at Youth Performance, Chad went on to train at the Norman 10Gym where he spent a year as the Head Trainer and returned back to YP as part of the training staff in late 2016.
As a Personal Trainer, Chad specializes in helping his clients transform themselves mentally and physically by teaching them the importance of self-confidence, proper nutrition and eating to fuel your body to grow, and proper form and technique when performing in the gym. In doing this, Chad has worked with clients ranging from ages 7-81, some being the general population, athletes, and Figure and Bikini Competitors.

Malinda Williams, MS, NSCA-CPT
Malinda has over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry working in many capacities including facility management, personal training, teaching group fitness classes, wellness coach. She specializes in training women on their journey to become healthier, stronger, and body confident. Her training philosophies include starting where the client is, and taking small, realistic steps to accomplish goals. She takes a holistic approach to her training by focusing on both the physical and psychological aspects of behavior change. Goal setting and wellness coaching are an integral part of her training style. She leads the Female Inspired Training program at Performance Fitness.
She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her BS (1996), and MS (2001) in Health and Sport Science with an emphasis in Health Promotion. Her professional journey has included corporate, private, government, and higher education settings. She is an Adjunct Professor at OU in the Health and Exercise Science Department. Life-long learning is a passion for Malinda, she continues to grow and develop herself on the path to help others.

Trent Laffoon is a senior at the University of Oklahoma studying Chemistry. He is from Norman, Oklahoma and grew up playing soccer at Norman Youth Soccer Association from fifth grade until college. He played four years at Norman North High School and two years at Oral Roberts University.
He trained with Chat Williams for ten years while pursuing his career in soccer. He aims to help youth further their strength, health, and general well being on their way to be more competitive, get in better shape, or pursue a collegiate career.
Taylor Brown, NSCA-CSCS
Brown is currently the Head Coach of Norman High School!
Taylor is a 2009 graduate from Norman High School where she played Varsity Volleyball as Outside Hitter and Varsity Soccer as Center Defender. She was recognized as team captain for each sport, and she was a member of the Oklahoma All-State teams for volleyball and soccer her senior year. Along with school ball, she played for several club volleyball teams including Oklahoma Charge for 3 years and for Fury soccer (aka Celtic)
Brown played volleyball for a year at Barton Community College. She then transferred to Texas State University where she graduated in 2014 with a Communication Studies degree. Brown was Norman North’s JV coach the past 2 years, and coached Charge South 15-1.
Taylor loves to workout and push herself physically. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Taylor develops young athletes with different training techniques including acceleration, multi-directional movement, agility, body awareness, and weightlifting. By teaching proper technique it can help with injury prevention. Her goal is to enhance sport performance through strength and conditioning, nutrition, and discipline.
