Chat Williams, MS, CSCS*D, CSPS, NSCA-CPT*D, is the Supervisor for Norman Regional Health Club. He previously sat on the National Strength and Conditioning Association Board of Directors and is the past NSCA State Director Committee Chair, Midwest Regional Coordinator and State Director of Oklahoma (2004 State Director of the Year). He was named NSCA Personal Trainer of the Year in 2013 and was in inducted into the Emporia State Hall of Fame. He also served on the NSCA Personal Trainer SIG Executive Council. He is the author of multiple training DVD’s including Training and Program Design with the BOSU Balance Trainer, Weekend Warrior: Training the Recreational Athlete, and co author of 3-D Legs. His company Oklahoma Strength and Conditioning Productions offers personal training services, sports performance for youth, metabolic testing, and educational conferences and seminars for strength and conditioning professionals.
Hannah Horner, BS, NSCA-CPT, is the Supervisor and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Youth Performance. Her BS degree is a Health and Exercise Science degree from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College. She has been at Youth Performance since Spring of 2014 and has had the opportunity to work with all types of athletes and children who would just like to become more fit.

Garrison Staush Niemiec, BS, NSCA-CPT, G Fit Training LLC, is a strength and conditioning coach at Youth Performance, as well as a personal trainer at The Health Club. His BS degree is a Health and Exercise Science degree from the University of Oklahoma. He has been with Youth Performance since the fall of 2014. He has been able to work with both children and adults to achieve their fitness goals.
