Private, Semi-Private, Sibling, and Family Plans
Private Training: $45 Session ($40 when incorporated with Strength and Conditioning Program)
- Charged for total sessions at the end of the month
- Small group training (2-4 kids) $25-$35 Depending on size of group.
- Kids in the same sport or same strength/fitness goals
Hybrid Training: $159 a month: Includes 2x a week S&C Program plus 1 private session a month:
Sibling Discount: Total for 2 Kids $208 a month
Family Plan: $300 a month for 3 family members and $375 a month for 4 family members
Private Training and Hybrid Training Description
Hybrid Training: Individuals may add 1 Private Training session a month to the YP Strength and Conditioning Program.
Private Training: One-on-One Training or Small Group Training session/sessions to specifically focus on the individual or individuals on the same team.
