Motivate Encourage Support
To Inspire: The ability to urge, energize, and empower an individual to perform positive actions that will develop life-long behavior change to a fit and healthy life.
What: A female only fitness program that will incorporate physical, emotional, and social support to reach personal fitness goals. Along with fitness classes, participants will receive on-going support through group meetings, wellness coaching, and progress tracking using fitness assessments.
Why: Many times, we as women find ourselves putting our needs and health behind taking care of everyone and everything else. And when we do take time for ourselves, we feel guilty. The reality is, self-care is a tool that can allow us to do everything else so much better. Living a healthy, full life not only provides satisfaction, it also role models what we hope for our families and those in our personal and professional surroundings.
The focus of this program is to meet each woman where she is on her fitness journey and to help her move forward in a way that works with her life and needs. It isn’t about quick fixes and fast, short-lasting results, rather making changes that can be maintained as a healthy and realistic lifestyle.
Where: Youth Performance Facility located at 500 West Main Street # 300, across the street from Sprout’s.
